研究課題
労働経済学の分野で、幅広く研究を行っています。最も力を入れているのは人事制度の経済学で、企業内データを用いてインセンティブ理論の実証研究を行っています。
男女賃金・昇任差、配偶者控除制度が女性労働にもたらす影響にかんしても研究を行ってきました。
