Message from the Dean

The world is undergoing rapid changes, and with the arrival of the new U.S. administration, concerns over international instability are growing. In such an era, the need for international cooperation is more critical than ever. However, there is a risk that this concept may become hollow, reduced to mere superficial efforts.

While global poverty is decreasing, Africa still faces serious poverty issues, with a notable increase in the number of people living in poverty over the past decade. This underscores the significance of international cooperation, as currently epitomized by the SDGs, to move beyond slogans and become meaningful and actionable. In these uncertain times, it is essential to rethink the concept of international cooperation and make it more practical and effective.

Since its establishment in 1992, our School has continually adapted to changing global issues. Our goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address real-world challenges. We are committed to fostering future leaders who will drive tangible change in international cooperation and look forward to the contributions of all students in shaping a better world.
