Scholarship-based Admission

We accept students who participate in the following scholarship programs:

  • Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship
  • Asian Development Bank (ADB) Japan Scholarship Program (*)
  • Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Program (*)
  • Knowledge Co-Creation Program Scholarships
    • African Business Education Initiative for Youth (ABE Initiative) (*)
    • SDGs Global Leaders Program

(*) At our school, these three programs are available only to applicants for a master’s course.


MEXT Scholarship Program

This scholarship is awarded by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) to enable foreign nationals to study at a Japanese university. If you wish to apply for master's and doctoral courses at our school, you should apply for the “research student scholarship,” which is one of the four categories in the MEXT Scholarship Program.



ADB-Japan Scholarship Program (Master’s course only)

his scholarship is financed by the Japanese Government and organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to enable citizens of ADB’s member countries to pursue postgraduate studies in Japan.



JDS Program (Master’s course only)

This scholarship is designed for highly skilled young professionals, primarily government officials, from countries receiving Japanese Grant Aid. These individuals are expected to become future leaders who will formulate and implement social and economic development initiatives in their home countries.
