研究課題

戦後日本における民軍関係（社会と自衛隊の関係）や防衛・安全保障政策の変遷過程を研究してきました。最近は、2022年のウクライナ戦争勃発以降、日本の防衛政策や日本人の防衛意識がいかに変化したのかについて関心があります。

Research Topic

I have been researching civil-military relations; specifically, the relationship between society and the Japanese Self-Defense Forces; as well as the transition of Japan’s defense and security policy in the postwar period. Recently, I have become particularly interested in how Japan’s defense policy and public awareness of defense have changed since the outbreak of the Ukraine war in 2022.
