研究課題

国際関係論をベースに、グローバル・ガバナンス、トランスナショナル関係、国際規範、インフォーマルな制度を結び付けて分析しています。扱う問題領域は、環境、腐敗・汚職、人権・人道等多岐にわたります。近年はとくに、多中心化したグローバル・ガバナンスに重点を置いた理論枠組みの構築に力を入れています。

Research Topic

I specialize in international relations with an emphasis on global governance. I have been working on the nexus between global governance, transnational relations, international norms and informal institutions to address issues such as corruption, environment, human rights and humanitarian issues. My recent interest is in understanding the possibilities and challenges of polycentric global governance, which is characterized by the involvement of diverse stakeholders, including international organizations, civil society organizations, business actors, and nation-states.

国際政治・国際関係論の研究であれば広く受け入れていますが、博士後期課程については、上記研究テーマに関連する研究を志す方をとくに歓迎しています。扱う問題領域は問いませんし、実証中心、理論中心、どちらの方向性でも大丈夫です。ぜひ一緒に研究しましょう。

I broadly welcome applicants in the field of international politics or international relations. However, for the doctoral program, I especially encourage those interested in pursuing studies related to the aforementioned research topics. There are no restrictions on the specific issue areas you may address, and both empirical and theoretical approaches are welcome. I look forward to conducting research together.
