研究課題

労働経済学の分野で、幅広く研究を行っています。最も力を入れているのは人事制度の経済学で、企業内データを用いてインセンティブ理論の実証研究を行っています。男女賃金・昇任差、配偶者控除制度が女性労働にもたらす影響にかんしても研究を行ってきました。

Message

My field of specialization is labor economics. The methodology in labor economics is a mix of economic theory, data analysis, and econometrics. I am interested in working with students who are willing to think critically about economic theories used in labor economics and test them using data.
