研究課題

カンボジア法研究。比較憲法学の見地からカンボジアにおける人権の国際的・国内的保障に関する研究を行っている。また、カンボジアにおける民主化、司法改革、行政改革の分野にかかわる法整備支援についても研究している。

Research Topic

Dr. Yotsumoto is a specialist on Cambodian law. His research focuses on international and domestic human rights protection in Cambodia from a comparative constitutional point of view. He also studies legal technical assistance in the field of democratization, judicial reform and administrative reform.

メッセージ

発展途上国における法制度を理解することは、そもそも法律家だけに課せられた課題ではなく、国際協力にかかわるあらゆる分野の専門家にとって必須の課題だと考えています。

Message

Understanding legal systems in developing countries is not only a task for lawyers but it is also needed for international cooperation experts in all fields.
